How can you win in a multiple offer situation? Well besides going over the list price with your offer amount, because everyone’s gonna do that, you’ve got to set yourself apart. You need to give a very large deposit. It shows the seller how serious you are. And you cannot ask for closing cost, that’s gonna be something that you either pay on your own, or you have your lender roll into your loan amount. And if they wanna close fast, you close fast. If they need time, give them time. Whatever it takes, you do it.
Now, you can write a sweet little note that tells them why you fell in love with their house, they love reading those. So whatever you have to do to make it work, you do it. You need the advice of your realtor, that would be me.
